Welcome to Lifelines: AI Life Simulator ("we", "our", or "the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data to provide a dynamic, AI-driven experience while respecting your security.

1. Data Collection

We restrict data collection to the absolute minimum necessary for the App's functionality:

• Approximate Location: We temporarily use metadata (like your IP country code) routing through our edge servers to provide localized AI content and basic, anonymized analytics. We do not track precise GPS.
• App Activity & Choices: We transmit your in-game choices to our backend exclusively to generate your character's next sequence. These AI prompts are stateless and discarded immediately after generation.
• Device Identifiers (AdMob & Limits): We use Google AdMob to provide free gameplay. AdMob may collect anonymous device identifiers to serve non-personalized or personalized ads depending on your consent status. We also generate a random anonymous UUID on your device to enforce daily free usage limits limit and combat abuse.

2. Data Storage & Security (Local Saves)

Your memories belong to you. Unlike many traditional games, your deeply personal save files and "Live Profile" histories are NOT saved on our servers. They are stored securely and locally on your phone (via Shared Preferences). If you clear your app data or uninstall, this history is permanently deleted. It cannot be recovered by us.

3. Third-Party Edge Services

We construct the simulation using Cloudflare Workers (Edge Computing) and Large Language Models (LLMs). Your choices (prompts) are passed to these secure APIs. No permanent personal data is logged by these third-party generation services.
